The adidas adizero Sub2 the lightest marathon shoe ever (one shoe 157g), made its debut as a special edition at the Berlin Marathon 2017. The idea was to emphasize the lightweight of the shoe by giving people the possibility to compare it to something tangible in a surprising way.
In this project, I did the layout of a print advert with the message "Lighter than this newspaper". The ad was placed in the Berlin Marathon magazine that came with the newspaper Berliner Morgenpost one day after the marathon.
